What this site collects

For a custom manufacturing request, we collect your name, business email, company, country, project summary, quantity range and consent. For the product concept waitlist, we collect your name, email, country, preferred finish, target price band and consent.

What not to submit

This pilot has no file upload. Do not include drawings, confidential dimensions, payment information, identity documents, passwords, sensitive personal information or links to private files in a project summary.

How the information is used

RFQ information is used to assess whether a manufacturing conversation should continue. Waitlist information is used to evaluate interest in the control knob concept and its possible finish and price direction. Submission does not create an order, quotation or product reservation.

Storage and retention

Records are stored in an isolated database used by this private pilot. We do not intentionally store your IP address, browser user agent, referrer, cookies or attachments with a submission. Valid new records and protected operator reviews opportunistically remove records older than 180 days; the site owner also keeps a monthly cleanup record. A record may be kept longer only to continue a conversation you requested or to meet a legal obligation.

Sharing and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics scripts. Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded only when a form is displayed to help reject automated submissions; its response is checked by the server and is not saved with your submission. We do not sell the submitted contact information. Information may be handled by infrastructure providers only as needed to operate the form and database.

Deletion requests

You can request self-service deletion with the private reference number shown after submission and the same email address. The response is the same whether or not a matching record exists, and this site does not retain the request or send automated email.
